Ceritanya, bulan lalu aku ditawari untuk coba sheet mask dari BARULAB. Mereka ini brand skincare dari Korea. Aku minat sama produknya jadi mereka kasih aku 7in1 Total Solution sheet mask–yang satu sheet mask biasa untuk menghidrasi kulit (Blue Aqua Mask) dan satu lagi sheet mask yang isinya clay (Black Clay Mask). Kebayang nggak tuh kalo ada clay mask yang bentuknya sheet mask? Baca terus ya biar nggak penasaran 😀

7in1 Total Solution Blue Aqua Mask

Description:
It’s a mask pack
containing the nutrition of the Hyaluronic Acid ampule that gives the moisture
and helps to make lustrous skin with natural glowing. It’s a mask pack with
high moisture that gives vitality to crumbly skin and helps to soothe the skin
with Ginger Extract, Omija Extract, Chrysanthemum Radix Root Extract, and Green
Tea Extract added.
Formulated with Camellia
Sinensis Leaf Extract, Zingiber
Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, and Coptis Japonica Root Extract as an antioxidant; Licorice Extract as a skin-brightening agent and also a lot of
humectants. I could imagine this mask will give the hydrating effect that my
skin needs.

My Thoughts:
I have dry skin so
hydrating sheet mask is my favorite sheet mask to try. I use it after toning
for around 30 minutes. The sheet is easy to fold, thanks to its blue protective
film. I liked the material, but too bad that the sheet size is bigger than my
face so I have to cut it up. The eyes and mouth holes are too big for me haha 😅

The thin sheet is soft
and clings nicely. The net is 30 g–fully soaked with watery transparent
essence. The fragrance is kinda flowery. It smells nice, fresh and not
lingering.
After application, I
can feel that my skin hydrated, soothed, plump and soft to touch. No wonder
because the mask has Panthenol, Allantoin, and Camellia Sinensis Leaf
Extract that has soothing properties. The essence is lightweight so it absorbs
quickly without any tackiness. After that, I follow up using serums and moisturizer
then I can go to sleep peacefully!

Description:
The Jeju volcano pine
mushroom and components of various extracts remove dead skin cells and absorb
waste material inside pores to make your skin clean and fresh. It helps improve
skin elasticity and complexion while deeply nourishing skin.
The main ingredients
for this mask are Kaolin, Bentonite, Volcanic Ash, and Charcoal
Powder that works as an absorbent to suck up excess sebum on your skin. It also
has Morus Alba Fruit Extract as an antioxidant. Plus, Allantoin, Panthenol, Portulaca Oleracea
Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate to help
soothe the skin. And of course, some humectants and emollients to keep your
skin moisturized along the way.

My Thoughts:
The concept itself is
unique, it’s a clay mask in a sheet form! It’s less hassle to use compared to
the general clay mask. The mask comes in two parts for eyes area & mouth
area that covered with protective film on both of the sides. The sheet is thin,
wraps my skin tight and fit perfectly.
It has fragrance inside
that smells like soap to me 😂 Not strong but does linger a few minutes
after application. I use it right after cleansing and peel it off after 40
minutes. I liked that the mask is easy to rinse off and easy to peel without
pain.

The results, it
successfully cleanses my pores, reduces the sebum and gives my skin an instant
tone-up effect. Well, the tone-up effect does not last for long. But it nice to
see that my face has a brighter complexion for a while hehe. However, it still feels drying
for my dry skin but I can easily recover it by applying hydrating products
afterward. All in all, this is a fun mask to try! I do recommend it for those who
have oily skin 😀

Penasaran sama clay masknya beb, jarang2 kan ada sheet clay mask (atau mungkin akunya yg ga tau hehehe), tp pakainya lama juga a sampe 40 menit, biasanya pakai sheet mask gitu maksimal 25 menitan

Paling males ya kalo sheet mask kegedean di muka, terus hole mata mata bibir jg gede. Pen coba yg black clay mask nya, ada efek toneup nya ajib bgt😀

Deleteyang blue mask tipis banget yaa.. kayaknya enak pas ditempelin di muka.. btw yang clay mask beneran kayak tekstur clay ditempelin ke kain gitu ya?
ReplyDeletetipis banget mbak dan nempel banget jadi nggak gampang lepas walau dipakai sambil aktivitas hehe. nah kalo yang clay itu kayak masker lembaran yang diolesin clay mask gitu. tapi kalo dibandingkan sama clay mask normal, clay mask yang dipakai barulab jauh lebih ringan.
